Domination maps cannot be made balanced if the players recieve different units. Domination maps such as Hold the Flag and WarGames, which is being made and would be popular among the community. But this map is a variation of CBA, which includes anti-camp and we all know CBA is based of the luck of civilizations, because Team Random is rarely used.
Civilization advantage / disadvantage is not in only one rated map. It's make the map (in my opinion) less predictable. If somebody don't want this randombox, use mirror/same civ.
Well, it's happening only when you put High resources, use standard and it won't boot you. If this map will be serious here, will fix this issue + some stuff rework.

After few months I edited some stuff in normal version:
1.2- Anticheat reworked, the game no longer boot (crash) at start if host use wrong settings
1.2- If two or more player standing on flag it's captureable.
1.2- No more damage on flag, feel free camping on it
