About the score of every civilization that can be displayed on the bottom-right corner of the screen, I know that the higher it is, better is the player going. Civilizations on the bottom of the list are more likely to be attacked than the ones on top, so avoiding to be in the last position is a good deal.

But... what are those number exactly? Total ammount of resources collected? Militar units, kills and conversions increase that?

I know that lots of things interfer on that score, I just wanted to have it specified.

everything... scouting,kills,losses,razing,economy,army,villagers and anything that happens while playing the game...

So that's the same score shown after the end of the match?
