Just using this thread to start putting down my ideas for a new Tournament Module on Voobly.

The list is in no particular order for now.

• VCOM Moderators become official Voobly Tournament Moderators and part of Voobly Staff
• We will no longer need a Private Team Lobby, we can use the Official Main page Tournament lobby's and make it easier for users to see the activity
• A new Tournament is created in a similar way to Create Teams now with the ability to add an Image
• Players "Sign up" for the Tournament using a similar method to " Membership Application " On team pages
• Voobly automatically adds all "Requested " signed up players into a database, similar to Team Applications
• Tournament mods " Accept" the sign ups, they are then added to the Brackets database ( Tournament roster )
• Tournament mods can also remove players from the roster before or during an event
• Players can also remove themselves from the roster before or during an event ( just like leaving a team now )
• The Brackets database allows the Tournament mods to select seeds if required ( similar to ranks now ) but obviously separating the seeds on the brackets
• A Voobly Bracket generator creates the brackets from the roster once the Tournament mod clicks " Start"
• Ability to select which Lobby the event will take place in
• Each Round in the brackets is automatically updated upon Match completion and the Winner automatically progresses
• System creates a temporary ladder and players select that ladder when playing
• Ability to set a date period per round. Cannot start the next round until that date etc. No date setting equals a one night event
• Only a Tournament Mod or the match "Winner" are allowed to reset the Match ( on the bracket ) and replay the game
• The current Tournament Forum will automatically create the Event Sub forum and all match links added into that forum
• Great graphics.....make it look fantastic and not boring Voobly lol

• Facebook subscribers and broadcasting of events
• Anything else our promotion team can think of

Amazing changes here! Makes it look more legit and will be a lot easier for the host of the tournament!
