Hi guys.
At first I would like to excuse me for my bad english...

early, I just edited the Tenchy's CBA to make a hero vesion just to play 4fun with some friends on mIRC. Of course, I put all the credits of design and cba's triggers to him. After I discovered he doesn't like it much.
So, I would like to apologize it, and I made an other cba (all the design and 2k triggers) a bit different, and put the whole configuration of CBA Hero v11/v12 with some new features.

Like I told, it was just to play 4fun on irc, but lasts days I saw some players playing it here on voobly. So, I'm sharing this to everyone. I have uploaded the both CBA Heros, but I will share now just v14, and if tenchy allow, I will share v12 in the future.

it is all writen in portuguese, my oficial language. I didnt translate it because I imagine that, despite I having seen many players playing it, the most will not be interested on it.
By the way, maybe I could translate it someday. And portuguese is pretty easy to everyone who knows spanish (español), and all rules are really intuitive.

Get rid of the huge population, all techs, and ability to make bombards and it might be decent though I doubt it.

its not all techs. It is full techs (they r not samething)

Despite the popularity with spanish people playing it and portugese, it would be great to see this translated in english to get more popularity around here. Always good when you can carry over the message.
