close hero spawn makes some civs invincible especially in 1v1 games. and pop limit 250 is makes hard to play a game. you cant use your pop for arcs and rams together. I prefer v3. Its better than v4. What do you think?

The "close hero spawn" shouldn't exist. Even in AC version.

v4 crash less than the v3, and the close spawn is a great idea
