finally we got a date to suggest, saturday between 4:30pm and 7pm gmt. Me and Angelina_jolie will be here. In case the games take long and we dont finish the round, sunday could work but not 100% sure about the hour. I think we could fix it if needed in saturday.
We played one only, we are supposed to play 2nd and maybe 3rd today at same hours. In case we have not finished, are we allowed to play rest next saturday?
We played 1 game on Saturday at the scheduled time, then one of the players said he had to leave. He was then seen playing in GR a few minutes after. They even said in the scheduling thread "finally we got a date to suggest, saturday between 4:30pm and 7pm gmt". So we scheduled for today (Sunday) at the same time of 17 GMT. Nobody from their team showed up.

In fact yesterday AJ had to leave. ACE and infleunza explained that this sunday they could'nt play before 17pm gmt, AJ cant play after 18pm . So the deal was "we have 1 hour only for rest of the matchs, so maybe bzh would admit extension : ACE and influenza can play ONLY in weekends)" .
Today i looked if AJ was arround, at 4:50. He wasn't connected. I was like "ok it will be dead" I went to play in GR. It took 40 minutes... Here is my ****
When i came back in voobly it was like : influenza already left and ACE didn't answer. AJ was playing in GR. BTW i wouldn't have had an ally cause it was near 18pm and AJ had to leave. Sharky and gul are away this weekend.
I assume it. I accept admin decision, I know how hosting is hard. AW to bacI or we can have delay. Its all ur choice np

I3acI BoSs' requested AW and it is their right.
About the "we have 1 hour only for rest of the matchs", you shall have stated it saturday (I see you wrote it, but yesterday only and a bit late), and now that your opponents waited for your team 30min, it would be unfair to force them to reschedule completely.
The fact that they can play weekends only does not matter, when you are facing an american team (which seems to be the case according to I3acI BoSs' flags) or an asian team, you have to play during the weekend because of the gmt differences.
However, awarding an AW at this stage is really bad, here is a suggestion:
- I3acI BoSs' gets AW for the Game 2, as a compensation for their wasted time.
- Game 3 settings is random civs.
So the score would be now I3acI BoSs' 2-0 TRiBaL and you guys could reschedule the remaining games this week.
Tyger will have the final decision on this, but we could save time if I3acI BoSs' could state in this topic what they think about it.
Sorry for my late response, but what could be done is to start a game with random civs, and resign immediately. Count it as a win for Game 2, then switch civs for Game 3.
Friday: 24 gmt - 4 gmt(Saturday) (could probably go a bit later as long as we start by 4gmt)
Saturday: 16 gmt - 4 gmt(Sunday) (could probably go a bit later as long as we start by 4gmt)
Sunday: 16 gmt - 20 gmt
So the serie will continue this way:
3. Random civs
4. Turks + Vikings war
5. Chinese + Franks (in case of draw)
Friday: 24 gmt - 4 gmt(Saturday)
Saturday: 16 gmt - 4 gmt(Sunday)
Sunday: 16 gmt - 20 gmt
