Why is match link essential for action to be taken?

Why is no action taken for unrated games?

Apparently our Voobly's PageNotFound ONLY applies for Rated games and NOT for Unrated ones (legit). so therefore if you're playing any rated games, obviously you will get one match stats link as a result (proof) at the end of the game. this is why we ask you guys to submit a match link for your complaint as a primary evidence to take further action.
Does that make sense?
