Based on the idea of Gallas's mod Idle pointer



* this mod shows the vills with exclamation mark above them when they turn idle except when they gather ressources and they stop they turn idle but the excalmation mark won't appear since there is no animation for idle vills gathering ressources , its rather a simple stop animation.

* the idle mark might appear for a 1 sec when a vill drops of a ressource and and go back to gather more
