Non FP connection issue

I used to have normal connection using port forwarding, it was even fine when i turned off port forwarding. Since last Thursday, when i join any game room, it takes long time without any connection. After like 30-40 sec, it shows the message "<Error querying your router's public (aka WAN) port with local UDP port 16000 -- you most likely won't get a direct connection. It is recommended you run the Network Diagnostic Tool.>" but does not go FP and i can play games normally. When checked network diagnostics, connection failure comes up. Any help?

Your local IP address has changed.

Start > run > type "cmd" > hit Enter > type "ipconfig" > hit Enter

Please make sure, that the IP address 192.168.5.x matches the IP address in your port forwarding rule.

Looks good, now you changed it from 192.168.5.227 to 192.168.0.227. Now change the protocol from ALL to UDP and you are good. Restart the router (unplug the power cable for 10 seconds) and join a game lobby. Then please paste me the results of the network diagnostics again. Thank you.
