Have you tried Windows 95 or 98 compatibility mode for the game?

I tried running in compatibility mode and it didn't work for me. Game crashes before I can even see anything.

What version of Windows are you running and are you running the 32 or 64 bit release of that OS?

Im not getting any. The opening splash screen comes up, and the game crashes.

What happens if you start the game as administrator? Right-Click on the Desktop icon > run as Administrator.
