Hello gentlemen, why does my game(Age of Empires 2: The Conquerors) suddenly stops, then disconnects everyone so we gotta resign and quit? We have normal connection, constantly speaking on Discord, so connection isn't a problem. Also, we have pretty high ping (~800) even though it shows 60.

Are you being dropped from the game or the game crashes completely? please run your Game and Network Diagnostics and copy paste us the results from both tests here.

How to: join any lobby, for example New Player Lobby, and go to the upper left menu, where it says Options > Launch network/game Diagnostics.
