Hi, I've just created an account and downloaded the voobly client. When trying to log in the Voobly Messenger shows "Lost connection to the server. Error: Bad username or password."
I've tried several times, I'm pretty sure that the username and password are right because I am able to log in to Voobly on this website.
Does anybody have a clue what might be the problem?

Please try to write your password on a text note so you are sure you are writing it correctly. Then copy paste it into the client.

If it still doesn’t work, check if your Antivirus or Firewall aren’t blocking Voobly. To do this, you must add Voobly to their Exception List.
