There are so many good requests in these forums which I would love to implement but these requests are over a year old and have no reply from anyone at Voobly. Do you just ignore feature requests from the community?
"The following list of APIs is a limited subset of we eventually plan to expose (recorded games, team information, etc). The easiest way to get something added here if you want it is to request it on the forums."
People have made requests, this API is incredibly limited as it says on the documentation. When will it be improved/updated/added to?
So why dont you look for an active developer? Or are you waiting for Voobly to die when AoE4 comes out?
Torm aka +[UB]Elusive is currently inactive and is the only person that can develop on Voobly because he owns Voobly. They won't just hire a developer that they don't know and give him that much power to Voobly.
Voobly is like frozen in time.... and has felt this way for like the last 10 years. What is amazing, is that it has survived all this time. Furthermore, it remains primed for explosive growth. Its apparent to anyone who is looking that there has been a lot of work put into voobly over the years, yet its also apparent that it hasnt been upgraded in some time. My hope is rather then voobly dying, somehow it will change hands or something and grow into what it could be.....
Voobly is earning decent income from selling premium accounts but simply refuses to pay the staff some money and that is why the staff is doing volunteer work. Volunteer work is not good enough.

I used to be Voobly Technical Support, although volunteer is good and will give you a good experience. Pay is not necessary because most staff they hire are not active or dont know or learn anything. So volunteer is perfect for the quality of people they receive.
But its not normal staff that does these changes its elusive

The acquisition by WSVG was reversed after only six months.
