Has voobly changed something?

I have all my ports forwarded and everything is setup correctly also passed the network test from voobly

but I random turn FP to people sometimes, I also notice that some people I play with also have the a problem sometimes now when they also never did.

My internet/computer has been the same for awhile, so I'm not sure what could cause this problem. I honestly think voobly has something to do with it because its not just me.
