Game Crashes whenever I start a Campaign (even offline)

Al tratar de iniciar cualquier campaña (ya sea de Age of Kings o de Conqueros) el juego simplemente se cierra solo y no aparece ningún mensaje de error. Esto sucede incluso cuando trato de iniciar la campaña sin voobly, es decir, offline.

Hasta hace unos momentos podía jugar las campañas, pero de repente al finalizar una campaña el juego se cerro y despues ya no me dejo jugar ninguna campaña.

Ya intente iniciar el juego con distintos modos de compatibilidad, pero sigue sin resolverse.

Tengo Windows 10.

Apreciaría mucho me ayudaran a solucionar mi problema.

Seems like one or more campaign files are either missing or possibly quarantined by your security app. Try a clean install of your game.
