Hi,

I want to install the French traduction patch (https://www.voobly.com/pages/view/175/)
But when i want to install, an error message says "The Retail version of Age of Empire II: The Cnnquerors is not installed on this system." But i have Age of Empires II HD from steam installed.

I follow that guide 4 times : "[You must login to view link]" and still not work. At the step 14, an error message says something like "We don't find AOE 2".

Please help me, i have no idea on what happen

Yeah, it's running on steam, and running on voobly too

But on Voobly, i have only civs from AoE K and C

is this patch installed on your pc? should have been auto installed upon entering a lobby but if you have never entered a lobby it may not be:
https://www.voobly.com/gamemods/mod/631/v15-Beta-R7
if that doesnt help there is another no cd patch but you shouldnt need it.

if you enter a lobby, go to options at the top of the screen and do the game diagnostic and show here.

The patch you give to me installed correctly.
But the Fr patch don't work after this too :/.

Edit : i'll retry a reinstall of all the game

that was a no cd patch.
make sure to enter a lobby and auto install upv15-Beta-R7 before trying to alter the language.

When i reinstall game, ihave this error when i auto-install : (i said that before)

I install upv15-Beta-R7, and same probleme when i try to install the langage patch.

My diagnostic is ok like i show.

Maybe i can try with a cracked version of AO2 may be work ?
