I had the same problem but i fixed it.

In folder:
\Steam\steamapps\common\Age2HD

There is folder named "new folder", i just copied all the fails to main folder \age2hd.

Restarted voobly and did the fix, saying yes and now its going.

Damm Steam, dont whant us to play on voobly :D

Ah, the problem was, that it automatically created a new folder in the chosen directory, thanks
