from one day to the next..i have problems with most of the players in voobly and i not had problems for years and, really really do not know what the problem would be. Please help me

has anything changed, new op/system, router, etc since the time you were ok to now?
check your pc to make sure you only have one pc firewall operating. some anti-virus have them. if you made exceptions in a f/wall for voobky/game recheck an update hasnt altered them.
have you forwarded any ports? port 16000udp to the private ip of your pc? if so check the ip you forwarded is still the same.
