Post a Complaint about a game, a Ban, Forgotten Password, Clan deletion etc

This page should cover all questions and concerns people have for posting complaints properly so they can be solved and closed. We want to ensure that your complaint is solved fairly, efficiently and in a timely manner. We hope you find this a useful tutorial for posting your in-game complaint.

Evidence required


GENERAL GAME VIOLATIONS
  • Recorded game and match link for in-game offenses.
SPAWN OR STORE BLOCKING
  • Recorded game and Match link.
REFUSING TO PLAY
  • Recorded game and Match link.
AIDING ENEMY TEAMS
  • Recorded game and Match link.
ABUSE OF RATING LADDERS
  • Match link
NOOB BASHING (New Player Lobby)
  • Match links or Profile link(s).
REFUSING TO CONTINUE
  • Recorded game
  • Match link (or screenshot of the rated Voobly game room)
  • Screenshot of the save & exit window (voting screen)
  • Note: It is helpful to post more than one screenshot, but only one is required for evidence.
    You can also request the assistance of a moderator while the game is still in play and who can
    verify the game was rated. A warning can be copy and pasted from the moderator to the game screen
    in order to achieve a resolution

In-game Complaint

  1. Log-in on the forum and scroll down to Complaints

  2. Click on the game you wish to file the complaint under. For example “AoC CS Complaints”. You can use the ‘General ’ section for complaints regarding non game play. Please make sure you post in the proper section.
  3. Start your complaint by clicking ‘Create New Thread’. This will bring up two boxes.

    The Title is where you put the type of complaint – ‘Point Trading, Game Error, Refusing to Continue’ etc. The larger blank box is where you post your required evidence for your complaint. Please post a short description of what happened or what the complaint is in regards to.
  4. You can add an attachment from your computer (recorded game or screenshot) by selecting "Attachment #1:" at the bottom of your report.
  5. After posting your evidence click ‘Create New Thread’ at the bottom. That’s it, you’re done!

Non Game Complaints [Bans, Lost Password, Premium Queries, etc]

  1. Log-in on the forum, scroll to Non-Technical Support.

  2. Click on the section you wish to file the complaint or question under.
  3. Start your complaint or question by clicking ‘Create New Thread’.
  4. Post your complaint or question with any detail you feel may be needed
