Basic developers information

• This currently isn't supported. The idea behind this, something like Facebook applications, whereas users would be able to add applications via URL that would provide content visible on the users profile page.
• Third party developers would then be able to write applications visible on voobly that would do things such as:

• Media folder let user's upload files to their page.
