Until I come up for a better name for this mod, it will remain as Tocaraca's Balance, because Tocaraca is my username, and the mod includes balance changes, many of them being similar or identical to the ones present in The Forgotten Empires and The African Kingdoms expansions. To be honest I will have trouble remembering all of the changes I made, but most are minor.

The changes I have made can be listed below:

Individual changes
-Elite Skirmisher anti-spearman attack bonus increased from 3 to 4
-Murder Holes cost decreased from 200 food, 200 stone to 100 food, 100 stone
-Tracking cost decreased from 75 food to 50 food
-Squires cost decreased from 200 food to 100 food
-Fisherman work range increased from 3 to 3.5
-Fishing Ships gather rate from Fish Traps increased from 1.25 to 1.4
-House cost decreased from 30 wood to 25 wood (indirectly nerfs the Huns)
-Guard Tower attack increased from 6 to 7
-Keep attack increased from 7 to 9

Camels
-Camel attack increased from 5 to 6
-Camel attack bonus vs Cavalry decreased from 10 to 9
-Camel attack bonus vs Camels increased from 5 to 6
-Heavy Camel attack bonus vs Camels increased from 9 to 11
-(Heavy) Camel now in armor class 30 (HD Camels) rather than class 16 (Ships & Camels & Saboteurs)
-Spearman line attack bonus vs Ships & Camels & Saboteurs changed to attack bonus vs HD Camels
-Town Center +2 attack vs HD Camels
-Watch Tower +1 attack vs HD Camels
-Guard Tower +1 attack vs HD Camels
-Keep +2 attack vs HD Camels
-Castle +2 attack vs HD Camels
-Bombard Tower +20 attack vs HD Camels
-Bombard Cannon +10 attack vs HD Camels

Cartography
-Cartography cost decreased from 100 food, 100 gold to 50 food, 50 gold
-Cartography research time decreased from 60 seconds to 30 seconds

Cavalry Archers
-Heavy Cavalry Archer frame delay decreased from 10 to 8
-(Heavy) Cavalry Archer gold cost decreased from 70 to 60

Demolition Ships
-(Heavy) Demolition Ship +20 attack vs Ships

Eagle Warriors
-Eagle Warrior available in Feudal Age (remember that eagles only have 4 attack in the feudal age)
-Eagle Warrior creation time changed from 35 seconds to 45 seconds in feudal, 32 seconds in castle
-Elite Eagle Warrior creation time increased from 20 seconds to 25 seconds

Fire Ships
-Fire Ship speed increased from 1.35 to 1.4
-Fire Ship health increased from 100 HP to 110 HP
-Fire Ship pierce armor increased from 6 to 7
-Fire Ship armor vs Ship bonus damage increased from 5 to 6
-Fast Fire Ship health increased from 120 HP to 130 HP
-Fast Fire Ship pierce armor increased from 8 to 9

Galleys
-Galley attack bonus vs buildings decreased from +6 to +4
-War Galley attack bonus vs buildings decreased from +7 to +5
-Galleon attack bonus vs buildings decreased from +8 to +6 (this is to make it easier to come back on water)
-War Galley with Chemistry makes attack sound 427
-Galleon without Chemistry makes attack sound 405
-Galleon with Chemistry makes attack sound 427

Mangudais
-Mangudai attack bonus vs Siege Weapons decreased from +3 to +2
-Mangudai frame delay decreased from 10 to 6 (this is a buff)
-Elite Mangudai attack bonus vs Siege Weapons decreased from +5 to +3
-Elite Mangudai frame delay increased from 0 to 3 (this is a nerf)
-Elite Mangudai base rate of fire increased from 2.1 to 2.2 (nerf)

Onagers
-Primary onager projectile speed with Chemistry increased from 2.9 to 3.5 (bug fix)
-Secondary onager projectile speed with Chemistry increased from 2.9 to 3.5 (bug fix)

Petards
-Petard food cost decreased from 80 to 65
-Petard blast radius increased from 0.5 to 0.7

Rams
-Battering Ram +80 attack vs Ships
-Capped Ram garrison room increased from 4 to 5
-Capped Ram +100 attack vs Ships
-Siege Ram +130 attack vs Ships
-Villagers can garrison in rams

Scorpions
-Scorpion attack increased from 12 to 13
-Scorpion pierce armor increased from 6 to 7
-Heavy Scorpion pierce armor increased from 7 to 8
-(Heavy) Scorpion with Chemistry makes attack sound 427

Swordsmen
-Man-at-Arms Rate of Fire decreased from 2 to 1.9 (reducing the RoF is a buff, it increases their attack speed)
-Long Swordsman health increased from 55 HP to 60 HP
-Long Swordsman Rate of Fire decreased from 2 to 1.8
-Long Swordsman upgrade food cost decreased from 200 to 150
-Two-Handed Swordsman research time decreased from 75 seconds to 70 seconds
-Two-Handed Swordsman health increased from 60 HP to 65 HP
-Two-Handed Swordsman attack increased from 11 to 12
-Two-Handed Swordsman Rate of Fire decreased from 2 to 1.8
-Champion research time decreased from 100 seconds to 90 seconds
-Champion Rate of Fire decreased from 2 to 1.9

Town Centers
-Town Center ranged increased by Bodkin Arrow and Bracer (not Fletching)
-Mangonel range increased from 7 to 7.1 (so they can still outrange TCs with Bodkin Arrow)

Transport Ships
-Transport Ship available in Dark Age
-Transport Ship cost decreased from 125 wood to 100 wood

Trebuchets
-Trebuchet (Packed) attack increased from 0 to 200 (still cannot fire when packed though)
-Trebuchet (Packed) line of sight increased by Siege Engineers
-Trebuchet (Packed) search radius increased by Siege Engineers
-Trebuchet (Packed) displayed attack increased by Chemistry

Aztecs
-Aztecs military units creation time bonus decreased from 17% faster to 12.5% faster
-Aztecs free Loom removed
-Aztecs start with +50 gold
-Aztecs monk HP bonus decreased from +5 per tech to +3 per tech (they get 75 HP total now)
-Jaguar Warrior HP increased from 50 to 55 HP
-Elite Jaguar Warrior infantry attack bonus increased from 10 to 11
-(Elite) Jaguar Warrior pierce armor increased from 0 to 1

Britons
-Britons get Heavy Scorpion
-Britons get Cannon Galleons
-(Elite) Longbowman creation time decreased from 19 seconds to 17 seconds
-Yeomen now affects tower secondary arrows

-Elite Cataphract upgrade cost decreased from 1600 food, 800 gold to 1200 food, 600 gold

-Celts siege fire rate bonus decreased from +25% to +20%
-Furor Celtica siege HP boost decreased from +50% to +40%
-Celts have new Castle Age unique tech, Stronghold; towers, Castles, and Town Centers fire 25% faster

Chinese
-Chu Ko Nu creation time decreased from 19 seconds to 16 seconds
-Elite Chu Ko Nu creation time decreased from 13 seconds to 12 seconds

Franks
-Franks Knights +20% HP bonus changed to all Cavalry +20% HP
-Frankish Foragers work 25% faster
-Throwing Axeman Frame Delay decreased from 12 to 10
-Throwing Axeman range increased from 3 to 4
-Elite Throwing Axeman range increased from 4 to 5
-Franks get Squires
-Franks have new Castle Age unique tech, Chivalry; Stables work +40% faster

-Vikings have new Castle Age unique tech, Chieftains; infantry +5 attack vs cavalry

I may have forgotten a few changes but I think that's about all of them. Wow now that I think about it, I made a ton of changes. But the effect isn't that big. I do not consider this mod finished yet, as I want to add new Castle Age unique techs for every civilization like The Forgotten did, which I have started to do,
I will consider suggestions and try to implement them if I like them. I know that some people will not like some of the changes, and I am open to criticism.
