You will see, I use DynDNS for my ip, I have router and open ports but still, I'm still fast proxy.
Voobly supports DynDNS or otherwise, I have to remove the program DynDNS?

shouldnt make any difference as far as voobly is concerned. you might ask your isp though and the router may need setting up to use it.
general things,
have nothing but voobly running on the pc while you play.
try using port 5000udp in the voobly settings and open that in the router to the playing pc fixed ip.
