Fast Proxy

Hello,

I have Fast Proxy with 20% of users. I have Technicolor TG588v. I assigned a static IP address(although not sure if this was done right, if there are any tricks), opened Ports, disabled firewall and anti-virus so not really sure what else to do. Hamachi seems to fix the problem. I had the problem ever since i switched to a new ISP and a new modem. I tried with my laptop and my PC and the problem exists on both.

I need some urgent desperate help. I have a tournament game on Saturday and I would like to avoid causing delays. It's against a Chinese team so they dont have Hamachi.

Here is the network diagnostic...

Starting networking diagnostics...

Your local network port (UDP) is 16000. All game traffic is routed through this port. This can be changed in "Settings" -> "NAT Traversal".

hi
this may help to see if forwarding is correct:[You must login to view link]
[you only need port 16000udp]
this for finding the pc private ip and setting it: http://www.voobly.com/pages/view/134
your pc firewall and anti-virus need to be configured, not switched off.

Hi Kitt, like you can see in the screenshot I forwarded the ports.

My problem with the IP address setup is I can't figure out the dns server. It doesn't show when I do ipconfig with a dynamic IP. I just left it blank when I configured the static IP.

For firewall, I had voobly setup as an exception but I turned it off after just to try a more extreme measure to see if it helps.

Anything else you think I can try? I really need some help desperately before Saturday games.

With hamachi it works fine and I have no problems. China has no hamachi however

1. Disable "[You must login to view link]".

2. You can also try and extend the port range from 16000 -16000 to 27000 -27000 (both Voobly and router settings).
3. try ipconfig/all see if they show then. you need those when setting up a fixed ip. the isp web site should have them also. may also be present on one of the modem/router pages.
remember when you alter any router page to apply/save.
