Hi,
I've had troubles getting into the Age of Empires II: The conqueros. Everytime I get into the lobby an error message appears like the one in the pictures. The first solution presented in the box doesn't match with my OS (Win 7). I have look everywhere for a solution, found people with the same mistake, but any solution that was presented work. I speak several times with tech support at Voobly Help Room, they presented me solutions, but again nothings seems to work. As even they run out of ideas that's why I'm here so if anyone could tell me what to do, I'll be very gratefull.
Thanks

Hi....
Does your registry settings look like this at path: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\DirectPlay\Applications\Age of Empires II - The Conquerors Expansion

Not quite sure why, but the folder first doesn't match and even when there's a folder called applications in the most lookalike folder, theres no other folders in it. I'm not sure if si because I got the game from Steam.
PS: Already got the compability patch to make me able to play with the game in voobly. Also, here's the screen of what appears to me at regedit [You must login to view link]

Hi there,

Please click Start --> Run. Type 'Dxdiag' in the run dialog window (without the quotes). Click on 'Save all information' button at the bottom to save the file to a convenient location. Post that saved text file to this thread thereafter.
