DirectPlay failed to load properly. This is probably an OS installation bug. You might need to reinstall your operating system. Windows 8.1 and later users can install DirectPlay through Control Panel -> Programs -> Turns Windows features on or off -> Legacy Components -> DirectPlay.
No hay forma de entrar con windows 7?
Si tienes todo actualizado y sigues con problemas deberías revisar que no tengas alguna librería dll dañada: En inicio escribe "cmd", click derecho y ejecutar como administrador, dentro de la consola escribe "sfc /scannow", presiona enter y reinicia el pc.
