please change starting , very unbalanced units spawn, today i got turks+skirms vs huns tarkans+heavy camels lol and died before 5mins by their rush

You can be outcived. The same thing happens in cba but your not stuck with what you’ve got like cba.
I’ll try and think of something to help weaker units in early game.

Ya, I agree about the spawned units. Even though we played mirror, the units that were spawned were strange. Maybe I'm just noob :P

That’s because the randomiser does not rely on what civilisation you are.
Even though map is all tech some civilisations will have stronger units compared to a civ with the exact same unit especially if you get their elite unit. (Even team bonus can come into effect)
Which I think adds to the gameplay.
Some times a “weaker” like skirmisher or halberdeir will be the best possible unit you can get.
I tried to balance the map with spawn times and pop limits but I think it will take a lot of games to get these numbers perfect.

Honestly, I’ve tried power ups in earlier versions and it just didn’t work.
Archers grow so fat with attack points they can’t be touched.

Can understand people's concerns though I think this map is ideally played 2v2. You can't be rushed so easily at the start and you can I think end the game earlier with good coordination

Yeah good team work is a must. Some of the most enjoyable games were 4v4 but they can become a bit long-winded when people start slinging for panics, which is why I added a panic cool down period. Speaking of teamwork and slinging if you find yourself with weak unit you can always ask for food to change your unit. It’s all about the risk.

no no i played 2x2 and both of opponents were syntheneic scout something hero scout, and me was turks + hussars and they rushed me at start and gg'ed
