Wow, I can't believe it, but it's true. My charge & play kit stopped working, had a year and a half, so it was in warranty.

No problem, I called microsoft, and I told them it stopped working. They asked me if the controller works and I told him no. They didn't ask me for anything, just asked me when I bought it.

After a week, someone from UPS brought me at home, without having to send them my old one, a controller, and, a charge & play kit. What was not working was the charge & play, the controller works perfectly so I got a new controller for free!

I think I'll call them telling them that my wireless adaptor is broken haha.

It works! I told them that my wireless adaptor has a red light flashing (obviously it's a lie, I don't have a wireless adaptor). I told them I bought it a couple of months ago.

In 10 days I'll have a wireless adaptor.

Number varies depending country, here it's a free call. In spain number is 900-948 952. All numbers in spain which start with 900 are free.

Just find number of microsoft in your country, and, call them. Tell them that your controller is broken, you tried new batteries, bla bla bla.

After that, if they ask you when did you buy it, tell them a couple of months ago, so they think it's in warranty.

They won't ask you to send them your old controller, or any ticket, at least they didn'tt o me

They are smarter here, they want the serial id from the xbox to verify its within warranty
